Wonhe High-Tech International, Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on August 13, 2007 under the name “Baby Fox International, Inc.” On April 20, 2012, the Company amended its articles of incorporation to change its name to “Wonhe High-Tech International, Inc.” (the “Name Change”). In connection with the Name Change, the Company’s trading symbol changed from “BBFX” to “WHHT” (the “Symbol Change”). The Name Change was legally effective as of April 20, 2012. On June 27, 2012, we completed a reverse acquisition transaction through a share exchange with World Win and its shareholders.

The Company is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China. It is a high tech company specializing in research and development, outsourced-manufacturing and marketing of high-end business and personal information technology products. The products and services include eight series of hardware products such as a family multimedia center, a computer set-top-box, a triple play set-top-box, a domestic mini-terminal server, a minicomputer, an All-In-One PC, an ARM panel personal computer and an Android smart phone, as well as a Wonhe applications platform and a metropolis business information operating website. Our HMC series products have completed R&D and put into the market.
